Our recruiting process
In order to become a BSCC member, the candidate has to pass a selection process that is run twice a year, usually in September and in February. The selection process consists of three stages:
Cv and Cover Letter
In this very first step of the application we get to know the candidate from an academic standpoint. We are looking for strong academic performance, keen interest in consulting and entrepreneurial spirit.
Previous internships in consulting are not necessary but preferred.
This 30-minutes interview represents for us a great occasion to get to know the candidate, understand its motivations and leadership experiences. The candidate has the chance to meet 5 of our members so to have a more complete overview on the BSCC.
Crack a case with one of our senior members. In this step the candidate will face a business scenario so to make us understand its problem solving approach, its strategic understanding and the ability to provide insightful recommendations. No specific industry knowledge is required.
Ideal candidates will show a strong interest in consulting, entrepreneurial vision combined with leadership and team working skills. We appreciate as well strong analytical skills and a structured mindset while approaching problems.
